Alex Morgan

Alex Morgan is a co-mediator at Harbour Mediation Sydney with more than a decade of experience in complex commercial, construction, and court-referred disputes across NSW.

Before moving into private practice, Alex managed workplace and commercial mediation programs for a national ADR provider. He is known for structured multi-day processes, careful preparation with parties and advisors, and calm facilitation when relationships are under pressure.

Alex regularly supports matters listed for hearing in the Federal Court and NSW District Court lists, and co-mediates with senior practitioners on high-conflict property and shareholder disputes.
